Who We Are
This website is karanppc.com, operated by Karan Venugopal, a flat-fee Google Ads consultant serving lead-generation businesses in the US and Canada. You can reach us at hello@karanppc.com.
Information We Collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. Specifically:
- Free audit / contact form: if you submit the form on our homepage, we collect your name, email address, company website, monthly ad spend, and any message you include.
- Call scheduling: if you book a call using our Cal.com scheduling widget, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and the date/time details of your booking on our behalf.
- Server and security logs: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other visitor-tracking scripts on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare your free wasted-spend audit, schedule and conduct calls, and, if you become a client, to deliver our Google Ads management services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Third-Party Services We Use
To run this site and respond to inquiries, we rely on a small number of third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Web3Forms – processes and forwards contact-form submissions to our email inbox.
- Cal.com – powers our call-booking widget and handles scheduling data.
- Hostinger – our web hosting provider, which stores the site and standard server logs.
Cookies
This site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party widgets (such as Cal.com) may set their own cookies to make their functionality work; these are governed by that provider’s own cookie and privacy policy. Our hosting/caching infrastructure may use minimal technical cookies required for the site to function correctly.
Data Retention
We keep contact-form and call-scheduling information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for our business records. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to its use. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@karanppc.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Children’s Privacy
This site is intended for business owners and marketers, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
